When you complete your training program successfully, Aptech’s Placements Team helps you get job interviews with major banks, non-banking finance companies, investment advisory firms, and other organisations in the banking & finance industry. These companies hire candidates for a wide range of job roles including - assistant manager, personal banker, mutual fund distributor, mutual fund advisor, wealth manager, merchant banker, broker, depository participant, registrar for depository operations, investment advisor, welcome desk officer, and teller.

Aptech regularly conducts placements workshops to prepare you for job interviews & aptitude tests. You will be taught skills like resume writing, presentation skills & time management in these workshops so that you are industry-ready by the time you complete the course.

Here's how the process works

Recruitment Request
Organisations email
bankingfinance-placements@aptech.ac.in, informing us of their need for skilled & talented candidates. You can expedite the process by including a brief company profile, description of the job role, and the location for which you are hiring.
Short-listing candidates
On receiving a recruitment request, the Placements Team coordinates with various Aptech centres & creates a list of suitable candidates to be interviewed for the job.
The final selection
You can test & interview candidates, and upon selection, make an offer. The chosen candidate then joins your company!
